Wow. The other day I was looking at their little hand held gaming consoles . Saw something really cool. So I started to look at google reviews then and there to find out more. All of a sudden a male employee came up . I thought great! I can ask him about these and if he has ever tried one. Nope he walked right passed me and grabbed one, Brought it in to the till typed stuff & Scanned it. I'm assuming this was to check how many were in Stock because he thought I was stealing. (I was standin there for a while doing a quick research) then he came back and putt it back on the hook and walked away. No hi or anything . I said screw it and left. If I ever want stuff like that I'll just go online.

Good selection and good staff who are always available to help and they know their stuff. I even had a DVD which had cracks (from the factory) and they exchanged that for me with a new one.
Has the ambiance of a Dollarama. Weird trinkets and things aside from movies and music. Not worth the trip.
It is a shame that this location is closing. Staff was helpful but we need to understand that they do not control the items or pricing.
More of a hobby store than music and entertainment.
