I had an amazing first time experience at Highlander! As a novice in Wine and Spirit, Franklin, one of the staff literally gave me one of my best customer service experiences I have ever had! We walked through the store while he gave me interesting tidbits and introductions to various products. He talked about his favorite drink, how it's made, and why it is a good product. He mentioned which staff had specialized knowledge in particular products from a country. For example, he said that, Nate is his go to guy about Japanese liquor because of his travels in Japan. Overall, I had a great time here and I definitely see myself coming back to try another recommended drink. Oh, I didn't mentioned, Franklin convinced me to try the Valpolicella 2017 as my first introduction to Italian wine, so I bought it. Hasn't tried it yet, but I know it'll be good!

We always go here! Been going to this place since it was a stand alone store where Home Depot is now! Great prices, service and selection!
I am a regular customer. The staff are very well informed, helpful, courteous and respectful. Always eager to help with any request. These days when other businesses are offering mediocre service and blaming covid, Highlander has stepped up its customer experience.
The driver of this van would not let me in a space then they honked me aggresively. Not nice people.
One of my favorite places for wine. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. And frequently can find really good wines on sale.
Highlander is now providing compostable bags. kudos!
Great liquor store, had some hard to find items that I had struggled to find elsewhere, such as creme de violette.
Visited first time last weekend. Girls working that day were lil too busy in their own chitchat and did not ask if needed help or no sort of greeting even. But that is perfectly alright, I went for wine (which they have great collection BTW!) so might be going again. Could find enough variety from all countries and in all price ranges.
