Thank you Heritage Park for the amazing day I was able to have there with two of my son's. They really enjoyed it and definitely want to come back. I was really impressed with how well the park is responsibly managing covid-19. The boys went on the Ferris Wheel and it was cleaned and each car was cleaned and sanitized quickly after each set of people left. Same thing riding the train. The hand rails were wiped down really quickly to make the ride enjoyable and safe. Not all of the buildings were open, but we got to see a decent amount of the park. The boys really liked Gasoline alley, my youngest took numerous pictures of the cars. I have quite of few pictures and many great memories from the day. Thanks Again Heritage Park Staff. Considering buying a seasons pass next year if things go back to normal.

This was my family’s first time here. We loved it. This place was laid out great and had old buildings and other heritage buildings to reminisce about. The staff were either teenagers or seniors but did an excellent job at their jobs! The costumes were great and there were even rides for all ages including carousels, steam ships, steam trains, horse powered wagons, swings and Ferris wheels to name a few. The food was reasonably priced and didn’t make you ill. Parking wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t expensive either. All around a good day and didn’t have to break the bank for go! Basically the experience was great and we will definitely be back!
Amazing place!! It's a live museum
Most services are closed due to covid unfortunately, however the take home food options are amazing!
Heritage Park is certainly a must see if you are visiting Calgary. It's interesting learning about the history and there is plenty to do there as a family! It's great for a day trip with your kiddos, or even going as a date.
Amazing place. Been there plenty of times and it is really a special place.
Our family enjoyed the " Once upon a time" old fashioned Christmas event on December 01. It was wonderful.
A friend and I went here this weekend and had a lovely day exploring the park - it's spectacular with the autumn colors. Unfortunately our experience at the Selkirk Grille was shockingly bad. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for a server and eventually had to go and ask if we were being served. We ordered food and drinks (on the patio, my friend had a coffee) and no one came back to refill her coffee or explain what was on our charcuterie board. I've been to this restaurant many times and really enjoy hearing about what local meats and cheeses we were eating. We also had to hunt someone down to pay our bill, at which time we expressed how disappointed we were with the total lack of service. Ralph showed up at our table and proceeded to treat us belligerently, arguing with us about our experience and laughing when we expressed concerns at how we were treated. He was NOT a manager so we're still unclear as to why we came to our table. I can say this was the worst I've ever been treated at a restaurant and at a time where people are unemployed, it's inexcusable to have an entire group of people ignore/abuse customers in this fashion. Mitch did his best to help us and we really appreciated it, Ralph was the worst "server/wannabe manager" I've ever encountered.
