I was charged 10 more for a product that I ordered online for pickup. Buddy running the shop seemed inconvenienced by my presence when I arrived to pickup the pre-paid order. To be honest I didn't want to dispute the pricing differential, since I just wanted to leave. The Hemp roots on 14th / Bankview has much better customer service.

I came here to get a banger and down steam today and I was helped by the older gentlemen that works here and guy know his stuff! The store is very well kept and organized which makes shopping here a breeze! They're even taking precautions to keep them and us safe during this pandemic. 5/5 easy ! Very friendly and knowledgeable

Don't go here unless u want to be welcomed rudely by the older guy who works there. He is VERY impatient to the point of not allowing u to look around or shop and is 100% ok with pushing u out the door!! If i could give zero stars I'd do that!

Fred Where do I begin to ever commend him for his service to the public honest, hard working, and actually knows his stuff. Not once when he was serving me did I feel pressured to purchase what he was demonstrating to me. Very informative! Great location, great prices and even better vibes as I felt better than when I walked in! If I could have rated higher i would have.
Amazing place! Vlassis is fantastic, always very helpful and friendly. And the cafe is wonderful, the coffees and teas taste delicious.
