Everyone I’ve spoken with at Helcim, for the last 3 years, has been knowledgeable, efficient, quick to respond, go out-of-their-way helpful, and downright delightful to work with! I love that I’m able to speak with someone, too, and they all speak perfect English and are very easy to communicate with. The system itself is super-easy to use and self-explanatory, for the most part. Organizing products in the POS App is the hardest part, but if you don’t use the Point Of Sale - then you don’t have to worry about that. Easy and quick to set up and get started, and even close your business - that’s easy, too. The pocket-size device is great! My customers love how easy it is to use and I love how portable it is. It, and it’s charger, both fit in my bank bag with my cash. I closed my brick and mortar store to go mobile and it’s working out great, so far. Highly recommend!
