Very unprofessional and uncommitted. I tried to get someone to take a look at fixing my lawn mower and he basically told me something very rude. Basically he sounded like a stoned hockey fan suffering from a pot burn out. Very non committal. From what rational sensible intelligence I could make form his stoned nonsensical rambling was that he doesn't know how to fix things. I think that's what his stoned garble drawl speech said.
