Long story short I ordered a light fixture was told it would take 2 days. 3 months later and 5 attempts to ship it still no light. Only use this company if it is a last resort and don't pay up front
Apparently \available for pickup today\ on their website doesn't actually mean they have it in stock or can get it today. Wasted a drive over for several items, none of which were actually available.
The folks at Grainger, whether on the phone, in person or via email are quite good to deal with. The store here in YYC is one of my favorites.
