I place the Phone Order for PTAC unit Board over the Phone , I told the Girl who took my Order that i am coming outside of Calgary so please hold the parts and put it under our company name. I went to pick up , Customer service Rep was Rude to me when i ask that i am here for pick up parts that place under our company,helpless and pathetic service. No eye contact and looking at computer when he talk and no intention to help. he has 3 diff company coffee cups on his table. Looks like some one force him to go to work.

Talk about a company that does NOT stand behind their name. I have a two year old furnace and upon having it cleaned it was pointed out that my furnace was full of rust. Assured Plumbing and Heating who installed the furnace came out and found the the inducer motor failed which caused acidic rust to form throughout my furnace. I even ensured that I registered my furnace to have a 10 year extended warranty on my furnace. But Goodman said sorry we will only give you a new inducer motor and sorry the rust that will eventually eat through your metal is not our issue you'll have to clean that yourselves. On top of that I am having to outlay probably 300-500 for the call out and the labor to have a new inder motor installed (something they don't tell you). So if you are even considering a Goodman furnace .. .DON'T!

Always great service, buy from Goodman frequently as a purchaser for an HVAC/R company and the service is always top notch.
