They built an infill beside my house. In the process they damaged my fence and landscaping. I am now left with drainage and safety concerns on my side. After kindly approaching them on this issue they said they will not repair any of the damages. This does not seem to me to be the response of a reputable builder.

I just finished closing a sale with General Homes, they were extremely professional in dealing with my buyers concerns. My buyers are very happy with their purchase, they said that it just stood out from all the other homes we had viewed. For myself as a realtor I found the quality of work and material is what stood out for me. When we did the walk through, there were very few touch ups that needed addressing, which in my experience is not always the case. I would definitely work with General Homes Ltd again.
I have hired Ismet and his team for 3 renovation projects in the past two years. Ismet’s team treated us with care and respect each time. One of our projects had some challenges with material warranty and they supported us through the entire process, literally standing by our side when dealing with the vendor we had hired separately. Our renovation project had some surprises after demolition that they helped us work through considering cost, schedule and quality. They answered all my questions very quickly. I now consider Ismet and Osman friends instead of contractors and have recommended them to my friends and family.
Ismet and his team were very professional and recognized our needs and preferences. He provided us with updates every step of the way, provided respectful suggestions and recommendations, and the workmanship is top-notch. To anyone thinking of buying a new home or reinventing an older one, General Homes is easily the best out there.
I purchased my home built by General Homes about a month ago and I love the quality and attention to detail. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and address any questions or concerns quickly. I would highly recommend them!
