Terrible service. My AE on retirement could not describe simple financial concepts during a recent annual review. The rep on benefits is better but not what we deserve for what our plan members pay in premium. We are shopping around.

Terrible experience with these guys as a customer with my company policies. Don't return your phone calls, take forever to get certificates of insurance etc.. Changed over to Alpine Insurance and already 10x more accommodating. Will never refer people to Renfrew.
