Horrible store do not shop here! I was looking for a particular computer monitor and I was informed that there was only one left, located at the NE future shop. I live in the NW and wanted to call to see if they could set it aside. I called during business hours for four days straight morning and afternoon. Not once did someone answer the phone. I went to my nearest Future shop store and asked the manager if he could call the NE store. They did not even answer the phone from another store. After a few days I finally went to the store and received the worst service I have ever had. No one said hi. No one asked me if I needed help. And it wasn't even very busy. I had to approach a sales rep and asked him if he could help. He gave me some lame excuse on how he couldn't help and sent me on my way. After several minutes I found the monitor and went to pay. I was shocked to receive such poor service. The cashier did not even look at me. She processed my order while talking to another associate. Did not even acknowledge my existence and almost through me the receipt. I found the associates arrogant and snobby. Worst of all I arrived home with a monitor that was not functioning.

I was looking for some assistance to get my Camera fixed. I purchased a 4 year warranty for the Camera… I was assisted first by a young man and I thought his attitude was great… and then he turned me over to someone different and after that it was all down hill. I waited over an hour to be told 4-5 different "solutions" and ways that I would be assisted in sending my Camera away. I was then told that they couldn't send it away as the Camera company wanted to do the work if it was in its first year ( I was never told this.. EVER) I purchased the warranty to hopefully make it more convenient but in turn… I have to send it away myself and pay for the shipping. OBVIOUSLY, the staff is not properly trained. When I met the so called "General Manager" it was even worse. The first young man told me he would check with the general manager to see if they could send it away.. and he approved. When I spoke to him in regards to this… he says the system won't allow them to send it but didn't bother to even check the "system" himself. The question I ask is: If your staff isn't trained properly, don't know the protocol or process as to how to handle this… Why would I or the General Manager trust them to offer me the correct information? I DO NOT. The General Manager was condescending, looked annoyed and doesn't seem to have ANY sense of customer service. He asked "How he could make this right?" as if he hadn't heard the ENTIRE time that I had been asking for them to take care of it. I don't care where it needs to be sent to I just don't have the time or patience to deal with it. Then he continues to cut me off and tell me that he can get me the information to contact the Camera company. Couldn't believe the lack of service and just care of customers. You guys should be embarrassed.

this is the worst store I have never seen like. I bought 2 computers from there. Both of them damaged within 6 months. They refused to fix my mac and the other one sent for repair more than 3 months. the manager was very rude with me. they don't answer my phone calls. I hate this store and stuff there. my advise to everyone: don't buy from this store.

The phone number does not work. I have tried calling for three days. I had other people try the number just to make sure I wasn't having a brain freeze or something. The phone number on the receipt is the same as google. It doesn't work! You can keep leaving me messages about my computer repair but I can't get back to you because your phone doesn't work! So frustrating.

Feel like having your money stolen? Definitely come to this location! Giving this location even a poor rating is giving them too much credit. I went in to purchase a tablet from their store. After being redirected, and very rudely brisked off, I finally got to talk to an associate. He was incredibly incompetent (he didn't even know what he had in stock in his own store) and repeatedly tried to sell me products that I clearly stated I had no interest in. After swiping my credit card, the associate informed me the transaction wouldn't work, and we needed to go to the front counter. Turns out the money was taken from my credit card, but Future Shop 'can't refund my money because they didn't have it'. If it wasn't on my credit card, and MasterCard had no report of it going through, then WHERE THE HELL IS MY MONEY?! Only one word to describe a place like this: Thieves. I will never, under ANY circumstances EVER return to this terribly return excuse for a store, and you would be wise not to ever visit this location.

pretty sad when you cashier charges me twice for the same product and when I call you guys done even answer the phone as it disconnects after 5 minutes of riging. The only reason I am calling is that I don't live in Calgary and I wanted to talk to someone first. very poor service and quality of respect here. do you always not answer your phone calls and always ignore them. I tried calling 6 times in 2 days and still no answer... what kind of service is that?

After putting an item on hold, I was called back to be informed that the item got sold out. When asking for a hold for the next available order, the employee did not know if it was possible. Not only did the employee not answer my question, but would not let me talk to anyone else claiming that no one was around and that the supervisor was in an important meeting at 8:40pm on a Thursday. The employee claimed to transfer me to the supervisor and in fact hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had.
