Smaller than most play centres with no cafe only vending machines but, it is great for smaller children. The equipment is big but small enough a toddler can find there way around with little adult interaction. The area under the play structure is awesome and there are ride on animals amongst other toys for the kids to play with. My son loves it. Id say it's best suited for kids under 5

I think this is a great value for the money, and a fun place for any child under 5. My only concerns are with the lack of security. You get what you pay for, and not having a secured gate at the entrance, or stamp in system, or more than a single staff member within the facility could be an issue. The facility itself is well maintained and clean. My 2.5 year old had a great time and seemed to enjoy herself. Best value for tokens at any place I know of in the city. None of the games give tickets but I read that they will be changing this soon (not a big deal for us, as my child never redeems them anyway, so being able to play games for games sake was good).
We held my son's 3rd birthday at Fun City and it was so great! Jasmine was very organize.d from the beginning and it was easy to sort out the guest list and food etc. During the party the staff was very attentive and bringing us a few things that we forgot, such as a lighter for the candle. The kids loved the play area and especially the bouncy houses. We had kids ranged 1 to 12 and they all seemed to enjoy themselves. I would definitely recommend booking your party here if you want a laid back, stress free but fun party.
I went a couple of weeks ago along with some of my girlfriends a day their kids we were pleasantly surprised and how much there was to do even though it was smaller the kids had a blast. It was nice and quiet when we arrived and they staff blew up the bouncy houses when we got there's even though my son and I were the first to arrive and it was just us for a while. Other than the food having to be ordered/delivered (they don't cook I house) I really enjoyed being able to freely alongside my child and not worry about taking other kids places. The arcade games didn't give out tickets when we went but the kids still loved playing them. The day we went was free coffee for parents so that was nice!
We had our sons 5th birthday party here. The staff is extremely accommodating and very helpful. They made the entire experience very enjoyable and easy for us. The kids had a blast and since the staff took on all of the clean up we were able to enjoy our time with friends and family. They were flexible with every aspect of the planning and made it a very stress free experience for us. Our party host was super friendly and we felt very taken care of! All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say. We will definitely go back and will consider having future parties there. The venue was extremely clean and guests that purchased meals were very impressed. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other indoor play places.
Was fun. I enjoyed being able to go down the slide with my daughter. I had fun as well. The pizza for our party took awhile but that would be the restaurant next doors fault. Everything worked out great.
We just finished up our second birthday party in under 4 months with Play City and we think the facility and staff are amazing! Any request we had was met with a solution, the facility was very clean, the prices are very reasonable and most importantly my little guys had a blast. The feedback from the parents at the party was the exact same thing and they love that they can sit around the major play area and watch and still interact with their kids...gives the perfect balance of being able to relax and play with our children. Thank you for making a place for our kids to play thats safe without having too much going on! We will be back again and again!
I bring my dayhome children here a lot. They love pretending to be pirates, leading me through the climber, building with blocks, bouncing in the bounce houses. I love that it's small enough that I don't lose them in a maze of tunnels, but big enough that they want to stay all day and play. My kids are aged 3-11, and all of them enjoy it, and never even ask to play with the electronic games. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always helpful and kind. We are here lots!
