Frank is an amazing individual who stands behind his work, heres the story! Frank comes out to the property about to fix a wierd issue wherein the thermostat would turn off, sporadically througout the night 1.) he check the heater all through out, cleaned the filters as usual, this didn't fix it 2.) comes back again and now is checking the thermostat and the mother board, still no luck 3.) comes back and while inspecting the heater, bumps it and notices it that it turns off and then on and found that it was a trippy wire to the heater btw did i mention each time he spent his time diganosing everything for 3 hours and he wrapped the invoice up as one visit a contractor that is coming in and standing by his work is a person who has grown up like me and if you know anything about Rundle Master Drycleaners back in the day you know my mom would dryclean something for you 5 - 6 times till the stain came out of the garment, no matter the cost and by his standard I as well stand behind my work as a veteran software developer, I will always fix, resolve, fix, resolve and work with my client till everything is up/running and operational, and happy, and you know software is a finicky operation quality and workmanship and standing behind your service is not lost, Tank gave me faith again Thanks Frank! you don't go unnoticed

My shower leaked and I tried to fix it myself. Went to home depot 3 times and lost the retainer clip while uninstalling it. I called Frank to come and fix it for me, he finished the job quickly. Should have called him earlier!! I do appreciate the promptness and the great customer service!
Frank has helped us recently with some plumbing and some furnace issues. He is quick to answer any questions, very open to listening and knows his stuff. Fair pricing and quality service. I would recommend him anytime! Oh and the furnace issue was Christmas Eve and not only did he answer my text within a few minutes, he sourced the part and got it done right away!
