I bought 2 hybrid smart watches the other day from Thea. I went in with very little prior knowledge of the product and no pre-conceptions as to whether I would buy or not. Thea was kind, patient, well educated on her brand and product and gave me the best customer service experience I have had in years. In the end, thanks to her, I left with a watch for both my girlfriend and I. I will definitely be back.

My son wanted a leather bag for Christmas. The service representative I got was very helpful and friendly. We found him the perfect gift for Christmas! Because it was Black Friday I got it for half the price!! Very happy with the service and products! 5 stars!!
I bought a Gen 5 smartwatch from here, I had an issue with it and came in to get help. Scott, the store manager, was amazing. He helped me out, was super friendly too. I love my new watch!
Worst customer experience thanks to the saleswoman and supervisor. They tried to steal 75 out of a 230 watch refund bc no receipt was present atm after the fact I called to check if I'd would be able to get full store credit and the saleswoman said it would be fine. Keep in mind I had bought this watch 3 days ago and it was just too uncomfortable on my wrist. Never coming back to this location or buying any fossil products in the future. Thank Goodness I did find the receipt in my car and they had the nerve to ask if I still wanted another product.
Gen 4 smartwatch had back falling off, seems like a very common issue. Watch is only a year old, bought originally for 260. Took it in, Gen 4 isn't made anymore, so they offered me 160 towards a Gen 5. Or a gift card for 160, they refused to replace the watch I had or repair it. I didn't want to pay 90 to "upgrade" to a watch I didn't want (don't make the silver & gems I had before and really loved) so I left and immediately went to the fossil store at south centre who replaced the watch with a Gen 5 for no additional charge and no hassle. Do not go to this store - you will get better treatment at another one in the city. Still can't get the color I loved but at least I'm not out 90 for a warranty issue. Won't waste my time at this store again.
Went to have my gen 4 watched fixed as a back metal piece had fallen off and charging has become now non existent. Before I even finished describing the issues I was having, the sales rep said they cant fix it (without even looking at the watch) and tried to sell me the gen 5. Was not happy seeing as I have had this watch around a year, give or take. I'll likley be looking at a new watch store for future purchases after this.
I brought my Fossil Gen 4 Smartwatch in after the back had fallen off resulting in it not being able to charge at all. I wasn’t sure what they would be able to do to help me and I was blown away by the service I received! Both of the associates that I interacted with were so willing to help me out and they fully replaced my watch with a new Gen 5 model, since they didn’t have any Gen 4’s in stock. Since the new ones are a different size, meaning my interchangeable watch straps will no longer fit, they even gave me a second leather band so I still had options! To top it off I felt totally comfortable in the store with everyone wearing masks and sanitizer and wipes available throughout the store. I would highly recommend this store, they made my week!!
