Matt was great! He gave us a great deal on flooring and we are super happy with the product. the price was great coming significantly under our budget -we were under the impression specialty stores would be more expensive than big box - they were significantly cheaper for comparable products. Finally the customer service was excellent.

Outstanding work and customer service. We contacted Flooring Superstore to investigate the possibility of getting ideas and quotes to install plank flooring in our condo in August of 2020. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Michael Ramicone, our sales consultant, he was friendly, patient and accommodating with our request. We looked at several samples and price points. Michael provided great insights to the various types of flooring, price points, and pros and cons. We eventually came to a decision on the type of flooring, price point and tentative date for formal estimation and installation.
