Don't even know how to rate a FedEx shipping store because I'm not a professional FedEx shipper I don't use it that often I went there to pick up our bank card that was replaced and that's how it was sent out to me. If I'm reviewing the location and ease of getting there yes five stars. If I'm reviewing the people that work there were they nice and professional yes five star if I'm reviewing how long the wait took didn't take long that's a five star. So not sure what you guys all want to hear here but nice place clean easy to get to.

Well after UPS and DHL dropped the ball. I found FedEx knowing the business very well! The agent was well spoken knowledgeable and polite. He addressed my shipping concerns and helped me to navigate shipping a lithium battery to Cancun Mexico. The only draw back was the price ....very expensive for 9 pounds, but it is what it is... About 30% higher cost than others quoted.
Sure they get it to you, do they do update properly?... No.. Do they say it will be today?.. Tomorrow?.. Nope they say today but that means 2days away.. Yes there's an increase in deliveries.. But a proper estimate time and goals.. That would make me happier.. Let me know when it's going to BE delivered rather than the possibility of when it could and probably won't be delivered..
The staff was extremely helpful to find my parcel. As it was very cold outside, s staff member came out, took my notice, checked on their system and told me where exactly my parcel located in the city. Thanks for the great service!
Even with Covid19 pandemic on I was in and out with my package in 10 minutes. That is a good thing.
