Forgot to leave a review here, sorry Garry. Bought my engagement ring here. Five stars, I cannot recommend this place more, and if I could give it 10 stars I would. The service is extraordinary, attention to detail was great, and the engagement ring I ended up getting for my fiancée was exactly what she wanted. Garry and the team were phenomenal, and showed great patience working with this trained monkey to get it right. Could not have been a better experience, particularly after the absolute abhorrent treatment I received while comparison shopping at Calgary Jewellery. I'm going to leave a review there next. Thanks again Garry and team.

I visited Executive Diamond Services (\EDS\) at the recommendation of a friend when I needed some work done on a few of my rings. My engagement ring was in desperate need of cleaning and resizing and the claws had begun to catch on material. I also wanted the wedding band resized and soldered to the engagement ring. In addition, I have a beautiful tanzanite ring that I wanted cleaned and resized to fit another finger. Everything about the EDS experience was incredible. The customer service representative, Amanda Boudjaklian, herself was a \gem\ and took the time to explain each process step-by-step in layman's terms so that I could make an informed decision. I took the rings in on a Friday and they were done by the following Tuesday. When I saw them, I almost cried. They fit to perfection and look brand new. I HIGHLY recommend EDS to anyone who cares about their jewellery and wants the ultimate in customer service and quality craftmanship. I am already making a list of other things I want done with other pieces I own. Thank you EDS for making this such an amazing experience!

I had visited Executive Diamonds based on a referral. As I came into the shop, I was greeted by Amanda. She was friendly and polite. I had already spoken with my girlfriend about what type of ring she wanted and I showed Amanda. With in days, she was able to send me a rendering of what the engagement ring would look like. A few days after, she brought in the diamond to show me and explained what the process would be. A week later, we had the final product and it looked amazing. All of this was made possible by Amanda. I gave her a very small time frame and she worked diligently to get it done. I thank you for everything that Amanda and Executive Diamonds did for me and I am happy to say that my girlfriend said yes and we are now engaged!

Great experience here. I dropped my engagement ring and the claw keeping the gem in place broke. I reached out to see if executive diamonds could fix it and it looks like new again! Very pleasant and polite staff and will certainly use them again for my repairs.
