I’ve been using Execucare Cleaners for about 2 years. I bring in business suits and shirts every other week so I have given them a considerable amount of business over the past two years. Their prices are good and the level of cleaning is generally good. However I am switching because of the clothes that I have lost with them. In total I have lost about 1000 in clothing and they refuse to help me out in any way. For instance, they lost a pair of Boss pants that are part of a suit. They refuse to acknowledge or help me out in any way. I won’t be back.
I left a suit here to be dry cleaned to be collected shorrly after when the store opened two days later. Not only did they get my name wrong even after I corrected them twice, it was closed when I arrived, one hour after the opening time. No notice in the door or answer to the phone.
Reasonably priced, good service, and friendly.
