They have a really good exhibits and thought provoking pieces from sculptures to contemporary crafts. All staff were amazing and accommodating. Social distancing prevented us from manipulating the spinning sculptures, but staff were eager to help you and will spin the structure for you so you won’t miss any experiences. Great exhibit by Katie Ohe️

Went to see the Katie Ohe Exhibition. It was absolutely awesome and well worth the trouble to go. These pics are just a sampling of her smaller pieces that were hanging together on a wall. The space shows off her kinetic sculptures and those are the feature of this exhibition. If you have not had the opportunity to see her work in person or even if you have, it is well worth it!

To put it simply, Esker is a MUST go to gallery in Calgary. Their exhibitions are always so beautiful aesthetically and the content is so rich. Although usually featuring more than one artist, it's all so cohesive and it makes sense. The space is quite large and it is such a great place for photo ops if you're looking for some, or of course a place to cure your cravings for great art. The staff are always so kind and helpful as well. I just went there this weekend and I promise this exhibition) or any really, are worth checking out if you're in Inglewood :)

The Esker Foundation is one of the most accessible galleries I've ever been to. The staff were lovely, kind and non-judgmental. The artist statements were large and well placed. The lighting and ventilation are superb. I highly recommend an Esker visit for anyone who's been intimidated by going to a gallery before or simply is looking to experience something new and beat back the covid blues

What an awesome place to have open to the public! The exhibits are always well-curated and special, and the space itself is very classy. The view of downtown Calgary through the big window is like an ever changing exhibit itself, a real living picture. Thank you!

This place is the best, a really friendly welcoming art gallery that encourages everyone (even with kids) to come explore - for free too! The building is beautiful and the exhibits are consistently changing. I really enjoyed the Neil Campbell: wheatfield one.

Imagine thinking any of this is "ART". Modernism is devoid of anything.

Really great stuff. I’m not an art person, but the foundation was a lot of fun and a really great place to visit, simply because the exhibits are quite cool. It’s a really good way to spend an afternoon.
