My new fave hotel in Calgary If you don’t need to stay downtown, check this place out. Clean. Modern. Great staff. Super quiet. Nice rooms, good beds. Great service and amazing breakfast included. Great gym, lobby and pool and hot tub. Plus they have three electric car charging stations.
Very bad experience. If there is 0 star, I would give it to them. It's now 3:00am. We have a business trip for A week. We booked a suites for 3 people. Because of late night. The room is missing all pillows bed sheets and blankets. Their night shift not willing to find it for us. And just simply tell us. They cannot find it. During the COVID-19 pandemic period, providing such a bad service. We are very disappointed. This is terrible compared to the other Elements. 2 Staff didn't wear mask, what's the point of putting sign. This hotel is not safe. Their staff has special authorized without mask?
Excellent hotel! My girlfriend and I have stayed here many times and it's always good. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the pre-made breakfasts are much better than expected. I actually prefer them to the buffet. If I had to complain about something it would be the water pressure in the washroom sink. The shower pressure is fine but for some reason the sink is very low. Besides that minor flaw, everything else is top notch. We stay at many different hotels and this is our favorite.

This is honestly one of my top favorite hotels to go to, the rooms are modern, clean, and large with cool layouts. i try out a different room each time i go, this time i decided on staying in the Executive King Suite with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa Bed.. it was nice to have dedicated rooms separating the living/kitchen to the bedroom. which i do find hard to find nice suites in hotels while travelling. I've stayed at many different hotels some more expensive and some super cheap. Element is the Goldie Lox of the plethora of different hotels to choose from; the rooms are very modern comes with everything you need especially with a kitchenette, ridiculously comfy beds, awesome service and a nightly rate that makes you go "NO WAY! that room for that cheap??" literally what i said when i happened to stumble across this hotel the first time. Like I said before I've stayed in way more expensive hotels than this one, and honestly they don't compare to what you get with Element. You might not take some random guy's opinion about something seriously but I definitely recommend this hotel!

I've stayed at this property a number of times in the past. Staff is super friendly, and very helpful. This time the lobby smelled of natural gas. I mentioned it, and the next time I walked through the lobby it smelled like natural gas and air freshener. I applaud their efforts though. The hallways had black marks all over the walls from luggage, and there was multiple burned out lights in the hallway of the 6th floor. I just think it could be maintained a bit better, being a newer building and all. My room was fantastic.
