Jordan and his crew, did an amazing job on the deck they built at my parents house! They solved any issues we had. Came back fixed all the issues . I highly recommend Jordan and his team. I’m a tradesman as well and I can say they did a fantastic job!! Very happy with Jordan and his crew!!
The Estimator came home, took measurements, asked for more details and after 3 weeks said, the management has decided not to take up the project which is for my Deck renovation/extension. Never seen such an unprofessional company which refuses to do business. Why waste customer's time if you don't want to work? Lucky for Econo Decks that the lowest rating I can give is 1. In my field of work, with this kind of unprofessionalism one would go out of business in hours.
Could only give 5 stars because google hasn’t made a solar system of star bursts an option yet. We built our home in Boulder Creek Estates, Langdon. With much diligence, we interviewed and received multiple quotes from a vast number of contractors. Most all prices were close in comparison. But not all gave a positive first impression - instinctive gut feeling. We choose Econo Decks because we wanted high quality product with high quality customer service. We wanted a combination of knowledge and experience with certified trades people that could exhibit impeccable craftsmanship. We also trusted our instincts and went with our gut feeling. Each and every step of the process from initial phone consultation, to arranging first property assessment, designing, estimating, permits, sub contracting, to finally building was smooth and easy for us. Everything went Flawlessly. Completely Stress Free!! Jordan and his crew were very professional. Clean and organized and prepared. They go over and above to offer the highest quality services and highest quality products to their clients. Throughly explaining to us all products and recommendations. We are extremely great full for their valuable time and patience with us. Especially in the design process - as there was a few times we changed our minds like we changed our socks. From start to finish - All Ideas came to life, Implementing designs to completely finishing, Jordan and the Econo Deck crew were 100% throughly efficient in every process & detail. Jordan and his team treated our home like it was their own. They were dedicated, devoted to their service to us and showed 100% pride of accomplishment in their workmanship at all times. All our expectations were beyond surpassed. Top quality. Top service. On Budget. On Time. No issues. No surprises. Excellent communication. Hard Workers - Amazing to watch in action!! We have talked about expanding/rebuilding our deck since we bought our house 13 years ago. We finally decided to get it done this year. All of the quotes we got were very close to each other, but ultimately it came down to gut feeling. From the first initial meeting with Jordan it felt like Econo Decks was a company we could work with. Jordan did a great job at bringing our vision to reality. The job finished on time and on budget. I was also really impressed with Dean who did the foundations and framing. He was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to rebuild/expand your deck.
