We are very happy with Ecoline. We got all our windows and doors replaced and they did a fantastic job. All the windows and doors came in correct sizes - customized as per our needs. Our home's heating has become considerably better after installation and all the products are working very well. I had called 4 other places for quotes as well and Ecoline was the best priced and great quality. Alexander is polite and understanding. The installers were very good at their job and quick!

Put up with my 40 year old patio door for three years. So happy it finally got replaced today. Really excited to have a door with energy efficient glass, sliding screen, and a kick lock (no longer have to use a stick at the bottom like the old door). From quote to installation, the Ecoline Team has been a pleasure to deal with. I unexpectedly needed the door early and they went out of their way to coordinate production and install the door AHEAD of schedule. Really impressed by the workmanship and clean up by Andrei and Sergei!! There was a slit in the screen from transportation but the Job Supervisor was on top of it and already submitted a repair request before I noticed. Thank you very much Ecoline for providing affordable quality products. Will definitely keep Ecoline in mind for future door and window replacement projects.

Had drafty dusty frosty 20 year old windows in the back of our home. Installed three new Ecoline windows and what a difference this past winter. Attached is a picture of our new kitchen window - with the wide open design we now have a great unobstructed view of our backyard. We had installed Ecoline windows at our previous home and were very satisfied with them there. They were a natural choice and price was comparable to others. Sales agent was friendly and pricing process was efficient. With the renovation business extremely busy installation was delayed a month or more but they were well worth the wait. They were installed in October just in time for winter. Removal and hauling away the old windows went well. The new windows fit like a great pair of gloves, they all slipped in perfectly even though the kitchen window was very heavy. Reinstalling the interior window casings took some adjusting as they had to be installed exactly where removed to ensure the sill was even. After service for a few paint touch ups took sometime too but the end result is awesome. We've been so pleased we're using Ecoline to replace our front windows this spring.

We used Ecoline Windows three times over the past couple of years and always have a great experience with them. They always have the best prices, and their sales team and installers are equally as respectful and easy to work with. We've never had any issues, and are always very happy with their work!

I have nothing but good things to say about Ecoline Windows. I didn't post photos because there are many photos in other reviews that look near identical to ours. We had all the windows in the house replaced, as they were 40 years old. Ecoline gave the best quote of the 4 companies we contacted (Joel did the estimate, and was great to work with). There was a bit of a delay in the installation due to covid-related supply chain backups, but that was beyond their control. The triple pane argon-filled windows have a great energy star rating and are very nice looking. The install took two full days for 16 windows and a sliding door. The installers (Nick was the lead installer) were thorough, good to work with, and very knowledgable when responding to questions. They removed and replaced the interior trim with minimal damage (not always easy to do), and promptly came back the next week to finish up some exterior caulking that was missed. It's April and not cold, but it is definitely noticeable that they are less drafty than our old ones. I'm excited to see how they perform in the winter. I would recommend them every time for window renovations.

We needed to replace windows in our home and had requested quotes from various window companies. We are a retired couple and are on a limited budget. We had various companies come and give us quotes but not many were as efficient and thorough as Alex from Eco-Line Windows in actually educating us about the window we would be installing. He was the only one that brought in a model window to show us the actual window! He showed us how the mechanics of the window worked and explained the ins and outs of the window. He was very thorough with every aspect of the process if we were to buy the window from Eco-Line Windows. He then left us with a quote. Sent us a follow-up email and telephone call. We were so impressed with his professional approach to how he conducted business with us, and he definitely was not the cheapest, but he got our business! Thank you Alex for the help you gave us in choosing our windows.

There are so many issues working with the installers. Salesman was great. We had installers out yesterday to replace windows from previous jobs that were done wrong. They showed up at 4:45 pm. They were supposed to cleanup old glue residue on a couple of windows from the last install but refused saying they only work until 6:00 pm. Said to call the office and they were going home. Were quite upset with us for asking. The one fellow was waving papers in our faces and getting upset (at this time he was not wearing a mask). We still have one window that is too small and have asked several times for someone to come out to measure again. All of our top floor windows were installed wrong. The installers then used 2x4's to fill in the gaps in order to make the windows fit. This was finally fixed. Two windows had to be re-ordered plus they had done the install wrong. It takes months to fix all the mistakes done on any jobs. Nobody takes it seriously but they want the money.

This is the second time we've used Ecoline and Joel was excellent as always. He showed up on time and had everything prepared for us from his previous visit last year. Great customer service!
