It used to be one of my favorite stores, however in the past few years its left me dissapointed. This is in no way a fault of the workers but instead of the company. Its drifted farther and farther away from games and more towards merchandise. They handled covid quite well but I find myself enjoying it less to the point I don't bother to check on it anymore

Because its so big it has a great stock in games, i found kirby star allies here which i couldn't find anywhere else in the city, and seeing a giant EB games is a cool experience. i could stay in here for hours

They got Me a ps5 and an Xbox series x before bestbuy. The way they organized the waitlist process was remarkable and controlled the scalping. Will be switching over to them for all gaming needs. Staff super friendly aswell
