While waiting for a Doctors Appointment I stumbled into this store. Never coming to an EB before I was so happy I came in. Michael was amazing. He helped me pick out three things for my little girl and understood the products so well. Thanks for all the help I will be back to shop here again.

Customer service here varies widely between sales staff. If there's a new game/systems/accessories pick them up here for NE shoppers, better then the sales people at Walmart that have no clue what their product is and move 1 mile an hour.
This store is the best EB in town. The staff here show such great service. Looking for games or collectables the team goes out of the way to find them. Thanks for doing such an awesome job I will always shop here.
Marlborough location with Jacob was such a great experience. He was an excellent associate who went above and beyond expectations. He answered all questions and even suggested other like games to what I was interested in. He was very passionate about gaming and it showed. Will be coming back to this location always. Went to 130Ave Calgary first around 11 am and the sales associate was very condenseding and wasn't really happy with answering questions. Didn't even try to sell us on the points cards after spending over 100 on games. Felt that he just wanted us out the door. Will not be back to this location.

I love this EB games. Being a Mom Nerd I come here for the cool stuff but always enjoy how well the staff care about the people. I wont shop anywere else for geek things. Thanks for making my shopping expirence wicked guys. Keep up the good work.
I got a very decently priced headset that is quality. Love it. And love saving money too. The sound is great and I will definitely be coming back to check the store out again. The sales people were great and informative as well
