Terrible! I just got an email indicating they attempted to deliver my package at 10:17am but that the business was closed. I've been here since 8am. They didn't even try to walk in. I called and she said she was going to \check with her team\ and then asked if I needed anything else. Well an update would be great on when its going to be delivered.... I don't expect i'm going to see my package.

Never received my package from Amazon. Tracking says it was delivered, then stated I received and denied the package due to damage and was sent back. I have a ring cam, can prove no one even came to my house period, so how could I have denied and asked for it to be sent back? Called them and no explanation, nothing; instead they just hung up on me. Pretty sure someone there has a really nice fancy aluminum dish rack now.
No wonder they've changed names- I am a pretty heavy Amazon user and have never had a problem getting packages at my apartment EXCEPT when Dynamex 'delivers' them. The quotes are there because they didnt actually deliver anything. No call, no email, no acknowledgment until I got an email from Amazon that it was returned to the vendor. If there was a way to request literally any other courier than these clowns, Id take it every time.
Just got a notification saying that the item has been delivered, and I can't my items anywhere. 1 star rating or less is perfect for this company. I wonder how Amazon vets their delivery partners.
Ordered a package from amazon prime this morning and had my package to me 5 hours later. Friendly and professional courier, handed me my item at the front door of my apartment building. Items where in perfect condition. Wish their tracking system was a little more detailed but on par with most delivery services. 10/10 (Honestly was a little nervous with all these reviews but turned out to be a good experience, much better then some other deliveries in the past from other companies.)
