Beautiful product and great customer service! - We did an elaborate pattern for our floors and Divine was able to work with us to get the style and look that we wanted. Their installers did an amazing job and the floors look absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Divine to anyone.

We had a great experience picking out the finishings for our new home at Divine Flooring. I had a loose idea of what I liked, but our designer Nicky was able to suggest informed options, without overwhelming us, to help us complete the vision. The process was so fast and smooth and we also had lots of fun. Nicky's oversight gave me confidence that I wasn't making mistakes with the colours and finishes I wanted to combine, so much so that I wished I'd had her help on previous reno projects :)

Worked with Nicky on our flooring selection. Firstly, the place was clean and everyone was friendly. Selection was diverse and qualitative. Nicky greeted us with a warm smile and created a warm/relaxed environment during our entire visit. All of our questions were answered even though some questions were technical but Nicky was able to do research and provide actual answers at time of appointment. The selection process was non-pressured and Nicky was a great resource as to what would work or not to match our Granite and cabinets selection. Its good to talk to someone who knew their craft yet personable in their communication. Well done!

After having to return to fix separating boards, the final product looked pretty good. It took them a while to get back to fix it, but that may have been partly due to the builder as well. They were friendly and fixed a couple of chips at no extra cost. However, when the returned again to fix the step ledge leading to our side door, I explained my concern with the "New Technique" they were using for the step ledge and that I didn't think it would last, long term. The installer assured me it would last. Sure it looked good right at first, but the high traffic nature of it caused it to chip and not look good after a year of use. Fast forward 3 years later and it looks pretty bad. Not to mention I am now stuck with it looking bad, or I have to pay someone to come fix it, again, or have them fix it the way it should have been done the first time.

Lindsay was great. My condo was flooded due to a broken pipe. Condo board hired a contractor who said I could upgrade the flooring. I talked to Lindsay, she made some suggestions, got me samples, made everything simple for me during what turned out to be a stressful time. The contractor turned out to be that one that gives all contractors a bad name, he made life hard for her at every turn. She took it in stride, worked with me and got the flooring taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the flooring or the service!

Nicky was amazing during the selection process! Impressively, she knew exactly my design taste shortly into my appointment. She helped narrow down the design options as there was lots of great selection to choose from. Overall, I recommend Divine Flooring and give Nicky 5 stars.

My fiance and I recently purchased our brand new home and our builder had directed us book an appointment to speak to Nicky at Divine Flooring for our Countertop & Flooring selection. Throughout the whole process Nicky was professional, punctual, polite, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. She listened, and understood the vision we had in our mind for our home, offered us very helpful suggestions and showed us a wide selection of products that were available at Divine. The process was a bit overwhelming & daunting at times trying to select colors, products, and materials, etc. but Nicky reassured us that we would not be rushed and had plenty of time to get all the selections done. For those out there that are in the process of remodeling their home, or just help with suggestions and ideas of products that are available, I encourage and highly recommend you speak to Nicky and the Team at Divine. We worked with Nicky at Divine for our new home flooring and had a great experience. The selection of both hardwood and LVP at Divine was wonderful and all options were explained to us fully. There was no pressure and we were able to make our decisions in peace. We also decided to make a late stage change that Nicky was super prompt and helpful in accommodating. Overall, Divine was one of the top vendors we worked with while building our house... I’d definitely go to them for flooring again in the future.
