This store is fantastic! The staff are always super kind and always there to help if needed. I feel very safe going into the store with there very strict mask rule. As a person who visits often it makes it feel extra magical when a cast member recognizes you!

Had drama about letting my high needs 2 year old in because he cant wear a mask...Not essential so im not gonna argue but they dont need to treat you like garbage cuz of it. Never had a disney employee make me tear up before.

I've always loved this place. Note: they don't allow filter masks. Just a heads up. They will provide you with a disposable one and they have Disney cloth ones in the store too!

So glad they reopened. And my new source for all my Star Wars cloth masks needs. Reasonably priced at 7.99, and fairly comfortable, if I have to wear a mask, might as well have fun with it. There is also a ton of other Disney & Marvel themed masks on hand as well. At this rate, I'll have a mask for every day of the week..

I was there today and really had an awful experience. I’ve found the Disney store at cross iron mills quite over bearing with how they treat people to just get in the store so I tried market mall instead. The two ladies at the door were great and very helpful but once crossing into the store things changed. I had my two daughters and my mom with me and they seemed to hover saying they were counting people to the point we felt rushed and really not wanted. At the til the cashier rang in an item twice which was an honest mistake I believe but when questioned she appeared quite annoyed and treated be as if it was somehow my fault. Then as I turned to pay and asked a question my mask slipped slightly off my nose and she stopped to ask me to put it back on very rudely. I don't like my mask off my nose so it was an honest mistake but was treated though I had just infected an entire store in a half second. Almost in tears with everything so far I took my items and moved aside to bag them as I didn’t want to buy another bag when I had one, another employee approached me asking me to leave as people were waiting while seeing me trying to get my items in my bag. At least talking to the manger who seemed annoyed at his employees helped but the damage is done and they have lost my business for a very long time if not permanently.

I have a son who is special needs and they refused to let him stay in the store because he wasn't wearing a mask. It took a lot for him to even come to the mall and be able to walk around calmly, and he was so excited to go to this store and pick out a toy. But when we got to the store they didn't allow him to stay inside because he was not wearing a mask. I tried to explain to them that he has sensory issues and cannot wear a mask because it's touching his face and he is extremely sensitive to that. I had to drag him out of the store and he was so disappointed because he hadn't been to the store in months. They discriminated against a child with autism, and they even said that "if he is special needs it doesn't matter, he has to put a mask on". I was extremely confused because this is a kids store so they should understand the state of some children. Other stores around the mall let him in nicely and understood his situation. Be better.

My wife and my daughter wanted to go into the store today. But the lady at the entrance doesn't allow my wife and daughter to go in cause my daughter is holding her own water bottle with a rude tone saying "Look! No foods or drinks!" I understand no drinks and foods allow in the store, but even my wife agreed to place the bottle into the stroller?? This is ridiculous! It's not even a cup of coffee or cold drink from the food court. It's a 2 years old kid water bottle, and it is her own bottle! And I noticed there are other people have similar complains and experiences to the same lady at the front entrance. I will file a official complain to Disney store due to this badly experience.
