Very professional and friendly customer service. The Center's Manager, Cassie, went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with their work. My vehicle was returned immaculate inside and out. Highly recommended.

2 weeks ago went to Dolawri to get a quote to fix couple of dents in my car, on the day, he told me those two dents will cost me 10k !!!!! Am i putting down payment for a new car! I just want to fix car! And he wanted to replace the headlight! Why! The pics below show the dents and the headlight almost brand new. Also, it took him 5 minutes to give me a verbal quote, why should i have waited 2 weeks!!! If the quite doesn’t take 5 minutes! This place is overrated, and there are couple of places in the city do the same work better and cheaper.

The team at Dilawri was very helpful. They worked through the intricacies of my insurance claim and were able to negotiate a better coverage than my insurance initially offered. They also accommodated my repeated change to the schedule. (Sorry about that). Very professional. Did a great job. The car looks perfect again

Honestly beyond disappointed and won’t be recommending this place to family or friends Had my Nissan repaired here and they couldn’t even give me the time of day when I came in my estimate. They don’t communicate the repair progress to you, and just expect you drop your life when they tell you the car is ready? They left a nail in my tire and that almost burst while On Deerfoot and “forgot” to tighten the latch seatbelt to the frame again nearly almost causing an serious collision. I was quite mad about this and they weren’t even apologetic when I brought this up to them and the General Manager Didn’t have the courtesy ring me back or offer an explanation. Honestly everything else I can get over but the seat belt which is major safety issue warranted an apology. Won’t be returning to Dilwari collision, and will stick to TD auto Centre who are competent and courteous. When we brought our BMW we were greeted and workshipped at the door, but brought the Nissan and was treated like the riff raff.
