No stars if I could. The older lady I think her name was Miranda was HORRIBLE. Giving me dirty looks and glaring as soon as I walked in. Yes I look like a young mother but I am in fact happily married. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Horrible made me so uncomfortable

I always find clothing here that looks good, is comfortable and works well throughout pregnancy. The prices are a bit expensive, although there are frequent sales. I wish they had a longer than 30 day return policy. Life is too hectic; if items are unworn, with the tags intact, and a receipt, why shouldn't we be able to return it? We can only wear the item for 9 months maximum anyway.
Terrible customer service !!!! i think she is a store manager or something, girl with glasses and long hair she is the worst sales person i have ever dealt with. Rude and unhelpful. i won't return because i can't stand dealing with her.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. I purchased some clothes and they ended up charging my credit card twice. When I noticed the error on my statement, I called the store and they were unwilling to do anything to help me and became argumentative. Had to call the corporate office to get them to correct their mistake. It took over a week for them to get back to me after attempting to contact them multiple times. In the end they offered to send a cheque for the double charge because they are unable to refund my credit card. I have never dealt with a company that is so unhelpful, especially when it was their mistake int he first place.
I went to this store a day before my due date to find nursing bras and tops and the customer service was terrible. Initially I was told by one sales associate that there was a sale on nursing tops and spent over an hour picking out tops that worked. Then when I went to pay there was a new sales associate who informed me that the sale was only on tanks and did not include one of the tops I had selected. She was rude and ignored the the other sales associate who kept saying she thought the sale was on all nursing tops of that brand. When I got home I went to the store's website and found that the sale is on all nursing tops. Would not recommend this place.
Had a wonderful shopping experience at this location after having a terrible one at the Sunridge store. Leanne and Miranda went out of their ways to help me find a dress for a friends wedding that didnt make me look like a whale or an Easter egg. Thanks so much, ladies :)
I've shopped here many times through 2 pregnancies, service wasn't great but I liked that they sold Pea in a Pod clothing. I bought 2 pairs of pants and wore them maybe 3 or 4 times each, one pair tore twice (fixed the rip the first time) and one pair's waste seam just unraveled. I went back and was told she could do nothing. I get that its been over the 30 days, but seams unraveling at the waste is unacceptable to me. Perhaps not a full refund but maybe a little politeness and SOME sort of compensation is in order. Customer service or loyalty is abysmal here. they could not care less about their customers. very disappointing.
Terrible customer service, I bought a skirt that rolled at the waist and hiked up and tried to return it and am continuing to go through the ringer to try and get a product that works for me. Its been about 3 weeks of follow-up and nobody seems to really want to help find a solution for me, I continuously get told its past the 3 day return period and there is nothing they can do - and their customer service department is incredibly rude.
