These guys were amazing, they were on time, professional, and did the job perfectly. I had a problem where my car has different locks on each side and I ended up losing the key on the passenger side. They listened to my problem and gave me advice, along with a quote. They also gave me the key and asked if I wanted to take a picture with them for their website. Really great guys. I would recommend.
I was looking for an extended brass strike plate for the back door and none of the hardware stores had the size I was looking. Amazon and Wayfair wanted ridiculously high prices for this part. However, David Locksmith came through with the part at a reasonable price. Excellent service and was very responsive.
I had a old old motorcycle key that was broken in half. David Locksmith was able to do everything by mail very quickly. They sourced an old blank key, which was very hard to find and did a precision job of making two copies for a great price. Also lots of communication back and forth throughout the process. Very happy with their service!
Absolutely fantastic. Fast service, clear communication, and job done well- 100% would recommend! Because of COVID, we went to another locksmith and they were closed. We called, and right away Andy answered. We were able to set up a time for same day service, and Andy was very upfront about fees and charges. Very professional and an excellent job done.
The customer service was impeccable from moment one. They were communicative, provided me with a ton of options, and helped me come up with an appropriate solution that fit my budget. Patrick in particular was extremely helpful - really responsive to emails, punctual for the installation, and knowledgeable about the products and options, especially considering the door I needed a lock on had an unusual existing knob. He worked around my schedule, which can be difficult, and was sensitive to the fact that there were clients in the office at the time of installation, meaning that he was quick and quiet. I would 100% go back to this company again in future.
