My 3TB drive just suddenly stopped reading and the drive started clicking. I already knew it was a mechanical problem. Unfortunately, I had recently off loaded pictures from my phone to the drive but didn't get a chance to back it up onto other sources. I searched around and found Data Recovery Expert Calgary and decided to go with them after reading their reviews. They are very professional and have provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to do data recovery. Thank you for recovering my photos!

My name is Artem and my job is to produce photo and video content. In order to create content, you should have a really fast and reliable storage solution. I know in theory how to make it but I do not have knowledge of what brand could provide better performance while staying reliable. I wrote a small summary of my tasks and send them to Oleg. He gave me a reply on the same day with detailed characteristics of what I should have in my situation. He helped to set up the fiber connection to my RAID and second RAID as a back up. I could not say thank enough for providing me good customer service and achieving my expectations.

Good People. When my drive dissappeared I really didn't know which company to use to help me retrieve my data. Data Recovery Expert is a two person private local business. They use the UPS store for a drop off point to save money on overhead. I was initially slightly skeptical but the experience was first class. They were very responsive to both phone calls and emails. It took two days to get a quote and then only two more days to retrieve the data and install a new drive. Then they delivered the computer back to my home. Payment was through e-transfer after I received the invoice. They are intelligent , hard working, thoughtful people and I am very thankful they were there to help me retrieve all my work data. They also saved me money as the other quote I received was almost double. I would recommend them as a secure option for retrieving lost drives.
