I switched to Darrin the Cleaner after my previous dry cleaner stopped adding starch, even after I specifically asked. The staff at Darrin the Cleaner always use the right amount, which leaves my dress shirts and pants like they're brand new! This is a solid dry cleaner, especially if you live in the area.

I had my daughter drop off 2 dresses Thursday afternoon to be ready for a wedding Saturday morning. They are supposed to be open at 9 am. The employee didn't show up and my daughters had to go to the wedding without their dresses! Between the ceremony and reception, I picked up the dresses and made a complaint to which I was accused of being irresponsible for having my 13 year old drop the dresses off! The employee had every reason why it was my fault not theirs . I have never been so angry or insulted! I asked for the owners number and was laughed at. Never again! Stay clear of this place!
Brought them a Santa Suit and it Ran on the white sleeves. All the white was now pink.. Took it back and they made it look like new. Always have had great service here

Took my 125 shirt in to get dry cleaned and I go to pick it up and it's like ripped and instead of taking responsibility they blame the shirt for not coming with cleaning instructions. Super unprofessional
