I used this contractor/business to have 2 window wells installed on a rental property and the contractor walked off the job during a planned quality check mid-way through the work. The work was not completed. The job was written via text message and agreed upon verbally. Tasks that were not completed (written): replacing and grading the soil around wells, replacing drainage rocks and filling screw holes to prevent water ingress. Garbage was also left behind. Where the soil was replaced, I found garbage buried in with it that had to be removed! I will not be using this business again.
