We have been fortunate to use Cubeit Portable Units for our Polar Plunge events supporting Special Olympics Alberta. The unit is brought to our storage unit where we can load up all our event resources and then delivered to the event site where it is safely stored in a weatherproof container until event day. Having all our resources loaded and delivered to the site saves us hours of labour and time from going back and forth, and preserves our resources by allowing them to be moved back and forth in a safe manner. While onsite, the unit is great to use for registration and protects everyone from the constantly changing Alberta weather. This has been a game changer for our events!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. This company has been disappointing in every way imaginable and has neglected to address my concerns. I rented a bin and upon receiving it, I discovered that it had several leaks and water was pooling inside the container. Had it not have been raining when I received it and I had moved my things in there and then it had rained, my belongings would have been destroyed. These bins are marketed as waterproof when in fact they are not. I contacted the customer service team who advised they would send a replacement container the next day by 9am. The container did not arrive at the promised time and after contacting customer service again, they advised it would be 3pm at the latest. These mistakes caused unforeseen delays that shouldn't have existed in the first place had their container not been faulty. Upon receiving the second container, I inspected it to ensure it was not faulty as well. Upon opening the replacement container it also had water inside of it. I had to take several additional measures to ensure that my items would not be damaged in the event of more rain including propping everything off the ground with plywood and covering everything in tarps. Upon bringing my concerns to the attention of the customer service team, I have yet to get a response. Their attention to my concerns and the way they have handled this situation in its entirety is deplorable and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. You're better off to utilize the services of another company. Save yourself the headache.
Your customer service representative Emmanuel was amazing! He worked so hard to not only get me the best deal possible but explained that if that time ends up one working for us we can change our dates or cancel without a cost ramifications. I have moved across the country in the past and Emmanuel has made this move the most easiest, painless and FUN move yet! Great service by him! If you are lucky enough to get him as your representative you will be in EXCELLENT hands!!!!
Excellent experience. They were very efficient, thorough, and true to their word from the booking to delivery. Since I had no idea I could rent this through Costco, I'd suggest \Costco affiliate\ be written on the cubes. I would absolutely recommend Cubeit.
Excellent company to deal with. I looked at several companies for a storage pod during our move and Cubeit was by far the cheapest and the most responsiveness. They actually email you back and answer the phone lol. Top notch price, value, service and product. Would highly recommend!
