The garage floor we had was built terribly over 30 yrs ago and when we took possession of the house it was priority 1 to have it dig up, repackaged, and re-poured. These guys were excellent at their job although communication and timelines weren’t exactly the quickest but I understood because of the massive surge in business that Covid brought with everyone doing work around their houses. Once Bryan and his guys showed up it was straight to business and they completed it fast and with quality and professionalism. Our job unearthed another issue that required some foam injection which they were able to accommodate as well in a timely fashion and provide a very reasonable guarantee on their work. I would highly recommend this company. It may take a while to get them there but it will be worth the wait as the work is great quality.

A good and honest group of people to deal with from the start for a concrete patio that I needed lifted. Dallin was through in explaining his estimate and the work that needed to be done. Mitch and Cale were the crew that conducted the work. They were both very professional and personable, Mitch’s sense for what and where the pad needed to be lifted was skillful and really demonstrated his depth of experience. Highly recommend. Attached is a picture of the patch that Cale did, you can BARELY tell where the hole was drilled. Thanks guys!
Concrete experts were able to level out a sidewalk next to our house that had heaved and tilted over the years. They were on time and only charged what they quoted. Their crew was attentive, and did not leave the site until we were satisfied. Would recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair.
Bryan Tagg and his crew with Concrete Experts poured us a new concrete pad and step. They were professional, punctual and communicated well with us so that we were always on top of developments. They made this project affordable and provided, along with their estimate, references and the experience of his crew. They were incredibly accommodating in providing additional paperwork that was asked of them, and I found Bryan and his crew to have exceptional people skills - respectful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Concrete Experts to anyone requiring concrete work. Top notch - 5 stars!!
Bryan came and estimated the work for me. He came back and did the work as we agreed and the outcomes were very good for the entire scope; however; I had a concern in one area that was not fill out properly from my opinion. I did ask Bryan via emails with the photos to come back and fill out the area of concern, but he start talking about extra charges to fill the hole who left behind “which is part of his scope - under the slab towards the 1st door step”. Also mentioned he won’t guarantee ploy to not go over the stucco due to the location and the high pressure unless the entire area get sealed. For me, this is why I hired expert to assess the job site and come up with plan HOW to address ALL the issues BEFORE he starts the job. Not to leave an outstanding area and offer another FREE visit to start bargaining again for EXTRA charges. My comments for those who want to hire Concrete Expert make sure to go through the scope with Bryan in DETAILS to ensure you get the right service. Am I hiring him again if I have another job? No, because he failed to identify the FULL scope at the beginning when he assessed the job and he wasn’t willing to keep the customer satisfied after deficiency was observed. I did finish the work that he left behind and bought couple of Poly cans from Lowe’s to fill the hole. I paid him full amount of 3,000 and got unfinished job… What a GREAT service !!
