Live in the neighborhood and stopped by for the first time today. It was cramped with people standing everywhere, so we carefully made our way over to patiently stand in line to have our order taken (being mindful of how close we standing to others). The woman behind the counter dropped what she was doing to walk over and bark at us about where we waited. Unhappy about where your masked patrons are standing? Perhaps more signage is required. Snapping at customers for your lack of space and poor organization is uncalled for. On that note, I’m glad that your are doing well enough to turn away new customers. All the best.
The owner was extremely rude to me and told me to not come in during the rush. I payed 6 dollars for a small tea and she asked me to leave after I had been there for less than an hour even know that were multiple open tables. I have never felt to unwelcome and I will never go back.
