Awesome professionalism! Jim was able to take an old hard-drive running an old program, on an older windows platform and give it new life! We were worried that we were on borrowed time and would be in trouble if and when it died. Jim cleaned it out and gave it a new solid state hard-drive. It was a seemless transition and we're very pleased with Jim's knowledge and service!! Five stars and two thumbs-up. Would be more but I only have two hands!
