Linda was kind, warm, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The variety of tiles were impressive- hand painting mexican tile, marrakesh tile in multiple colors, etc. We had been to multiple tile stores before without finding anything close to what we were looking for, and or way out of our price range. All the tile we looked at was extremely reasonable for the quality. She helped us find the perfect tile for our project, and even helped us match the grout color. One vendor was going to take 2 weeks for the tile to arrive, so she called around and found a vendor that could get the tile to us by the next day! We will definitely use City Tile for any and all of our renovation projects in the future!

Aaaaah, could not speak higher of this shop. I looked all over the city for interesting tiles for my salon and this was about store #11 and I knew I came to the right place the second I pulled up. First of all, she is SO helpful and fun to talk to. I'm pretty indecisive and found the help here to be really incredible. Down to the grout and edging, everything was thoughtfully put together and planned. I will definitely be a regular customer as I am now obsessed with tile!

Linda had exactly what we needed for a very specific tile at a great price. It was a custom order and instead of the normal one week wait time for shipment she was able to get it to us in two days.
