We did the walk in daycare as we were visiting from out of town. Chasin Tails is set up to accommodate different sized and temperament and there is a thorough assessment. We brought our dogs for two days and it was awesome! Will definitely use them again.

I took my dog, Molly to be groomed at Chasin' Tails on January 5. This was not the first time she had been there. When I went to pick her up, a gentleman came from the back holding her chest harness. It was destroyed. He said she had been left alone for a few minutes and had chewed it off herself. I asked how that could be possible as where the damage was, there was no way for her to get her mouth on it. He said he didn't know, but would have a manager call me in the next day or two after they had reviewed the video recording. I waited for two days and did not receive a phone call so I called back. There was still no manager available so the woman on the phone took my information again and told me someone would call me back. I explained that my dog has been anxious and clingy since her appointment and I would like to know what happened. The next day I received a phone call from a manager named Jeffrey. He had not reviewed the video and did not know anything about the incident. He asked me to email him photos of the harness and he would review the video recording of the incident and get back to me. I did this right away. It has now been 10 days since I sent the email and no one has responded to me. This is very poor customer service. I have no idea what happened to my dog or her harness. They did not offer any explanation or a replacement for the harness. I would not recommend the grooming service.

We just completed the L.I.F.E Class for Reactive Dogs led/created by Jesse. Him and his team were accommodating, caring and patient with our human and dog reactive dog. They will adjust whenever needed and really take the time to understand and personalize the program based on your dogs needs. Also appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to best help our dog. Have seen a major improvement and left with a lot of new skills for my dog and myself, highly recommend!
