I order flowers for delivery in Calgary for a special event. I got the flowers on time, and the delivery guy even called me to check the exact time of delivery. Beautiful blooms, gorgeous wrapping, and encased in a box to with green tissue paper avoid scratch. I like the service because it was swift and pleasant. The flowers are still as fresh and beautiful as the day they were delivered. I was very happy they could do same-day delivery and could not be happier with their service and product. Amazing!!I was able to place an order by phone and find replacement flowers for those I wanted which were not in season. Had an absolute wonderful experience with Jen at Charlotte's Web. Was greeted right away, excellent attention and personalized experience. The presentation Jen put together was perfect, creative, colorful - beyond what I had in mind. Very nice touches with the tissue and wrapping. The flowers were fresh, full bloom and smelled incredible. Amazing store that smells and feels like a rainforest with some very unique varieties. Will be back forsure. A very pleasant experience.
