Excellent food. Great staff. Only disappointment was calling to confirm they had an item, got confirmation they did, only to go and find out they in fact ran out the night before. But other menu items were superb too.

Both of my experiences with Charcut have been delightful! Their food, beverages, and staff are all a joy to deal with. The first time we ate at charcut was right before the lockdown in December and we were blown away. The server was beyond knowledgeable about the menu, and was happy to offer a drink pairing for anything! The second time, we ordered room service, and got in room breakfast, while staying at the Germain. Again, everything was perfect. The cheese platter and garnishes served with it were unique and quite tasty. We can’t wait to return!
Amazing food, very personable service, I was lucky to be sitting at the kitchen counter. I got to learn more about the local cuts of meat and produce from the chefs. Great experience overall. Best prime rib and brisket (bison) I’ve ever had!
We stopped by for brunch, a few weeks ago. Quiet on a weekend mid-morning, just the way we would like it; which allowed us to enjoy the ambience and the food. Try their Steak and Eggs; cooked just right and to order, with cherry tomatoes and jacket potatoes (crisp on the outside and soft on the inside). Ideal portion size, not too much nor too less; and washed down with a pot of hot tea. Or their Breakfast Skillet served with their grilled homemade sausage, which was substantial and a mini-meal in itself. Service by Kylie was efficient and warm. A recommended try, if near downtown and seeking a good brunch place.
