Went into chapters 10 minutes to closing today, I didn’t know they closed at 7pm. However, received exceptional customer service as soon as I entered, was asked if I required any help with finding what I needed. At the checkout, the service rep working cashier even took off the price tags and wrapped the gift I bought. I would definitely recommend this chapters location to anyone looking for friendly and great service!

Great Indigo/Chapters, nice friendly staff, and there's a Starbucks inside so that's always a bonus. Typically go here because it's closest to where I live but all Chapters are pretty staple at delivering to their customers. Good for spending time alone and discovering new books alongside buying stationary products. However if you want to get the best deal, order online and have it shipped to the store!

Nice and organized. Clean and good stock of books. Read people! Look away from your screens once in a while. Stay safe.

Every visit to this Chapters Indigo store is always pleasant but due to the pandemic it has been a while since our family has shopped in-store. We dropped by yesterday evening to pick up a book and a few houseware items that were sold out online. To say we were greeted with welcome and delight would be an understatement. From the moment we reached the doorways, Albert, had sanitizer ready for us, informed us about the sales, and assured us if there is anything we need help finding that everyone will be ready and happy to assist. The displays were well spaced, and the decals on the floor helped us all navigate the store safely. Staff checked in on us periodically and were kind and helpful. Nicholas at the cash register was friendly, professional, informative, and proactive. We felt very safe and extremely valued throughout the entire experience. Thank you and Kudos, Team Chapters Indigo Crowfoot!

Great store for books and other reading Comforts. Lots of Trinkets and other items for sale as well. I recently purchased some books for my wife and daughter as well as a blanket and some reading socks. They loved everything about them. Prices are a little steep, however, great clearance and sales deals when they are happening. If I had a complaint to post, it would be that the entire store reeks of Starbucks coffee. I don't mind the coffee smell, however, it is overwhelming throughout the entire store. This is the same with every chapters that I have been to that has an in-store Starbucks.

Uncrowded on a mid-week afternoon.Table by entrance & greeter with hand sanitizers. Used the online search on my phone to quickly locate me non-fiction book.

Communist line up at the entrance, forced people to wear paper masks only, constant nagging over wearing the mask over the nose even when you can see with the glasses on. Break up family at the entrance because of “max capacity”. At the til, no acknowledgement from the person, we waited and waited to buy and she was just wrapping away a book that took her forever and not once did she look up to at least say she will hep out. We left and will buy what we need from another store.

Checked online to verify that they had the book I needed, which they did. However once I arrived, they said they didn't have it and kept getting confused and asking over the name of the book..APA guide - not AP calculus as they kept redirecting me...very frustrating and needed 4 sales people to double check. Eventually left with no APA guide.
