The Chinook Centre is a design wonder; truly I’ve never seen such a modern, uniquely built mall, and was especially floored by how much natural sun this building has. As a CF brand mall, it’s to be expected that every store you could think of is here. Everything was well signed and directed in regards to COVID-19 and it looked like each individual store had a handle on their own capacity. The only thing that I was surprised by was the number of people in the food court. It was a maskless free for all. I definitely would NOT eat here.
Good place to stop and do some shopping. A little crowded but that's any mall. Also love the underground parking which was really nice since I had my dog with me and it was cold outside. Parking underground I was able to keep him warm and protected while we stopped for a break
Very friendly staff in all the stores, and a pleasure to talk to. They all just let me browse around, and when I needed assistance with an item to try on or look at, they were not far off. Any returns or exchanges weren't made a painful experience. They made me feel important enough to them, that my satisfaction mattered! Also very COVID aware, always wiping everything down to insure our safety. GREAT JOB!! THANK YOU.
Over the last week I have seen a great improvement from this mall, to maintain hygiene while continuing to provide services. The food court is less crowded and more Janitors are keeping the mall very clean. Smaller stores have a small number of customers allowed inside. The Christmas decorations are beautiful.
