My wife is crying her eyes out on the phone because we cant store our twins cord blood. 100 percent bull because we weren't told any of the "surprise instructions". We weren't prepared in any way despite multiple phone calls getting the procedures. We werent told to collect maternal blood. Hospital wouldnt do it. They told us to go to a blood clinic. We called but you guys are closed on weekends. By today it was too late. Also didnt know that they need those samples after 72 hours. now if my daughters need that blood later in life they wont have it. I am beyond angry and a refund will not store my daughters cord blood. My wife is devastated, i am livid. I will never go with your services. You have ruined part of this experience for us. So thanks. Be better at informing parents in the future, lives are on the line. I hope no one else has ro go through this stress. Not happy at all.
