Outstanding! I enjoyed the privilege of dealing direct with Ray Gammel, the Branch Manager, and was impressed with his acumen toward customer service. Exactly what I needed at a low price. When I went in they were busy. I spent some time waiting but when I got the assistance I needed they were strait forward and quick. They even opened on a closed day for me to pick up my tire. I was late and they had left. I called the cellphone number they gave me and came right back to the store to help me out. I gave them a 5 star rating because they obviously care about customer satisfaction. AND They did a great job.
Staff on hand were great ,very helpful
They have all sorts of wheels, tires and paraphernalia in their store. If they don't have it .. you probably don't need it. Whatever they don't have in stock they will order for you. Ibhave always had great service from Casterland.
