We purchased a home from Cardel and then got an inspection done. Our attic was done so poorly that it didn't have appropriate ventilation causing attic rain. The place where there is supposed to be a vent was clearly patched up without putting a vent and glossed over. The grading was not up to code and I'm not even sure how it passed the city inspections (as was our home inspector). The basement vapor barrier was also not properly installed causing residual water to leak into the basement. After numerous 4mails and phone calls, and no replies, we had no choice but to leave this review. I have number of friends considering Cardel Homes which I will heavily advise against and I hope that anyone reading this also reconsiders buying a home from these guys.

I purchased their Walden Place condo unit and think Cardel Lifestyles provide great quality of products and service. Home's basic materials are much better than other competitors, of course I upgraded some parts and love it. I really like the open style kitchen and living room, and double vanity ensuite bathroom. In my research, not many builders provide a bigger bathroom than mine surprisingly. I was also surprised by the fact that Walden Place's condo plans are actually more organized and cleaner than higher price range of some stacked style townhomes. Overall, I recommend to go for checking their plans if you are looking for a modern, functional and worthy place.

Cardel Lifestyles is hands down the best quality condos on the market. The quality of their product is amazing and no other builder even comes close. Brad, Melanie & Reilly in the sales office are so friendly, knowledgeable and just made the buying processes so easy and an enjoyable experience. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work and I couldn’t be happier with my new home.

I met the warranty staff while touring the newest building with the sales team and have to say both departments are very kind and knowledgeable. Mel, Riley, and Brad have been such a help. Prompt responses and always a smile on, they are sure great to deal with. Makes Calgary feel that much more like home having moved from Manitoba.

Cardel Lifestyles condos are the best out there. I love Walden Place!! The floor plans are absolutely beautiful in their layout, design and finishings. The quality is amazing as well. I had a great experience with the helpful and personable staff too. The only bad part about the show suites is having to choose your favourite!
