CAON Services has maintained the plumbing & hvac system issues in our apartment since 2015. All problems found have been fixed in a and properly. The technicians are very professional, courteous and take caution with the current COVID restrictions. They always take the time to explain the problem and the steps taken to address it. Caon provides excellent customer service, will definitely be calling them in the future!

Caon charges 54.46 for \truck materials\ 2 shut-offs @ 12 bucks each 2 cupplers @ 0.75 cents 18 inches of copper @ 4 dollars. Add another 5 dollars for some flux, solder and torch use. Total of 35 dollars for materials. 6 joints needed to be soldered. I'm in the renovation business and this is a rental property. Most people wont know what is used for materials. Ive called this place spoke to Travis and Chris and have sent emails to the company wanting an explanation of how they calculated these \truck material cost\. Chris said someone would get back to me. I first contacted them, when I received the bill in late December! Still no contact back and it is now February 2nd. If your wondering why I didn't do the work myself, the building has to be shut-down from the mechanical room by plumbing company for insurance reasons . There are no separate unit shut-offs. Stay away, lots of good company's in Calgary. Thanks
What a great company, if I could give 10 stars I would! I hired CAON to install a new furnace and hot water tank as they were not reliable during the latest cold snap. The dispatcher and estimator I worked with were wonderful in answering all my questions and providing a fair quote for the work. They were also able to complete it in a timely manner, with very little downtime for my family. The technicians that came in to complete the work were very professional, efficient, and did a fantastic and clean job with the installation. They were very thorough and explained what they did, the new specs, and how everything worked after the installation was complete. I would definitely use CAON Services again as the technicians and all other staff I had were wonderful, efficient and tidy considering the work they had to do in the winter. Thanks again for the great work! I will be sure to call CAON for all my plumbing and heating concerns!
I Had Caon come do an after hours call when my building’s heating system went down. Dispatch had a technician on site right away and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Having a strong understanding of the boilers, they were able to source parts from a different supplier/Manufacture. The technician had my building up and running the next day, If they didn’t try and source alternate replacement parts it would of left my tenants with out heat for over a week. I would recommend Caon to any other building operators out there.
I phoned Caon requiring help with a with a leaking pipe. Water had to be shut off to the entire house. I phoned Caon, they were professional, courteous and had someone out to fix the leak the very next day. Fantastic service with very quick turn around time.
