Would give zero if possible. DON'T waste your time, and definitely not your money either! I suggest, calling the better business bureau, when he refuses to give you your money back, because he NEVER DID ANYTHING!
The best IT guy I've ever had. Friendly and went out of his way to help me out. Would highly recommend him. This is just a review but he is amazing at his job and a great person!
Ian, you took deposit of 1230 on May 3 for products and service we agreed on. After one month of your various appointment cancellation reasons, you said you would provide full refund by mid June. Now I am waiting till August and still have 810 outstanding.
Ian was very friendly and personable upon meeting and has done much work for me both with Mac's which he is a wizard with as well as PC's and networking. He has always gone the extra mile and made sure I have gotten more than my money's worth.
