I went here twice for fingerprinting, one for PR and one for citizenship. Both times I received excellent service. My fingers are prone to be very sweaty but they were very patient with me and fingerprinted me probably a dozen times before it passed! Thank you!

Every single person who works here is literally a bundle of sunshine. I almost want to suggest that if you feel bad, you should just come here to brighten your day-- but then that would get in the way of business, haha. Extremely friendly and competent staff, and a positive environment. They even remember who I am even though I didn't do anything special. Thank you for everything :) EDIT: Adding more details after reading the negative reviews. I came here to get fingerprinting done. Every single staff member was friendly with me. I filled in my information on a tablet, and they ran it over with me. Then, the guy who helped me get my fingerprints in the system was very kind too. He also confirmed with me again, and told me to call him right away if they mailed me results with discrepancies. He offered me advice on things like: "read your mail right away! Make sure it's correct, even if you don't go to the registry right away." Everything worked out.

At the time I was desperate to get out of my really bad marriage. Debbie seemed fair and knowledgeable, but now that I am living with the advice and decisions made I don't believe they are what is best for my children, and there are legally worded clauses that were not properly explained to me that continue to hinder my ability to just move on. The section 7 portion of my divorce agreement was not thoroughly done. I realize Debbie could not predict what my narcissistic ex would do, but I feel like all contracts that deal with children should be thorough and concise to prevent dead beat dads from being able to escape the responsibility of caring for the children.
