Although I didn't buy my dress yet, we had a wonderful experience here. Jess was extremely helpful and definitely knows what she is doing when trying to help you narrow down what you love or don't love about a dress. Will be back eventually to buy my dress once we have some time to think about what we loved the most.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great staff, beautiful dresses and lovely atmosphere. I found my dream dress and they were super helpful when it came to all the last minute changes because of covid. Smiles all around
K! this review is happening 18 MONTHS after my experience! So, my (now husband) and I decided that we didn't want to postpone our wedding any longer (we got engaged April 2019, and married February 28, 2021). I bought my dress forever ago from a different location, but I did have a meeting with Jess, who told me that she knew I was already in love with a dress and told me to go with my heart (which I did). Well! Fast forward, forever... my husband and I had a small wedding this past weekend and celebrated over a nice dinner together, just us. We were at dinner, when our server told us that a beautiful soul bought us a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate... the waitress said that the beautiful soul \works in the industry and appreciates brides getting married despite COVID\. WELL! THAT PERSON WAS JESS! After a quick chat with this gorgeous human, I realized that THAT beautiful soul was the same person who guided me to go with my heart 18 months prior, and get a dress that I found before my meeting with her. She was so selfless and let me choose the dress she knew I loved. THEN ALMOST TWO YEARS LATER SHE BOUGHT ME A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE FOR OUR WEDDING DAY!!! I honestly didn't feel like a bride until that exact moment that Jess made me feel like a bride... and I am so so so thankful for her and her generosity. You can rest assured with her as your consultant, she will have nothing but your best interest at heart, and she is so passionate about love and marriage and making brides feel special. FIVE STARS OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
I didn’t have a great experience here. I’m not a big girl at all( I wear a 4-6 on a regular basis) but when I first arrived I was told by my bridal consult that I wouldn’t fit into the dresses they had for trying on (which I did but that’s besides the point) so I felt very self conscious before even trying on a dress. When I told them my budget(4000) I felt like i was very dismissed like that was not enough and that I wasn’t going to find anything in that price range as their dresses were more. Online I loved all their stuff and even showed them a few dresses that I liked and I feel like they didn’t show me anything that really suited me or what I asked for. I left feeling rushed out and that my sale wasn’t going to be good enough anyways. Overall I wouldn’t recommend although I know people who have had great experiences here -*Addendum As I was reading the reply from the owner I do want to take back that they didn’t show me anything I showed or liked; that is a very unfair comment on my end to make. They did show me dresses that I showed pictures of There was a my number 1 dress that was over my budget that I wanted to try on that they did let me try on and I was considering buying but I felt quite self conscious in it and I know I was indecisive and probably did take too much time in my appointment and it was not my intention to make anyone miss their other appointment. They did have beautiful dresses available. It is not fair of me to assume that my consultant will be able to pick dresses that I didn’t show but that would really suit me; they aren’t mind readers but maybe years of Tv shows and my other experience made me assume that. I tried to make is clear in my review that this is how my mother and I felt during my experience and maybe not what was meant by the bridal consultant and I know most people did not feel the same as me during their experience.
The staff at Cameo and Cufflinks are amazing. My fiancé and I wanted very simple bridal gowns. None of the dresses in the bridal section were simple, so we each chose a bridesmaid’s dress in ivory. The staff didn’t make us feel bad for buying much less expensive dresses and they still let us dress in the bridal area. Also they were very LGBT friendly. Our wedding day was fantastic and we got tons of compliments on our dresses.
